Providing administrative solutions to help your business operate smoothly & efficiently
General Administration: Our hourly rate is £20, regardless of the type of work we do for you. Additional expenses, such as materials, mileage or postage, will be included on the invoice.
Bookkeeping: In addition to the above rates, an annual fee of £50.00 will be charged to any client using our bookkeeping services.
Newsletter (Email Marketing) Set Up: Provide us with your company logo, website & e-mail address and we’ll design a re-usable custom email newsletter template that maintains your brand identity. Along with your customer contact list we can set up an account ready for Newsletter Campaigns all at the affordable, one off price of £75.
Monthly Newsletters: Prices start at £70 for a basic, one page Newsletter this price also includes a weekly report, for a month, giving you information on how your campaign is doing
If we already do your blogging, a copy of the newsletter will be attached to your website blog
Social Media Set Up with Face to Face Training: One – One £25 per hour plus a copy of Your Office Quick Guide to ….
Blogging: Blog posts written & published on your behalf. From only £60 per month.
Social Media Management: No time to update your Social Media? Then let Your Office manage your Twitter / Facebook / LinkedIn Company Pages for you. Driving people to your website: prices start from £80 per month.
